01 · Goods between neighbours
The long-term vision spans small finds to furniture and appliances. The first-beta candidate stays limited to Furniture, Home Appliances and Free Sharing. Not open.
02 · Planned identity
A future UAE PASS layer is intended to support direct exchange between neighbours. It is not active and cannot guarantee ownership, conduct or transaction safety.
03 · Gated-community hub
A future communication and local-knowledge hub for neighbour questions, recommendations, moving tips, lost and found, and clearly sourced notices.
04 · Spaces by the hour
A later layer for freelancers to use eligible spaces for a few hours. Listings, bookings and payments stay closed until separate permission, provider, operating and trust gates pass.

Planned trust stack
Trust needs more than a badge.
The planned service is for adults aged 18 and over. Subject to provider onboarding and approval, a future UAE PASS identity layer is intended to support neighbour-to-neighbour exchange. Identity is a starting point, not proof of ownership, good conduct or transaction safety, and not a guarantee.

UAE PASS authentication is planned only, subject to onboarding and approval. My Jiran does not authenticate anyone through UAE PASS today, and is not a UAE government service.
Separate right-to-list checks
A future space host would need separate evidence of authority, permissions and applicable operating requirements. Identity alone is not enough.
Future operating controls
Report, block, moderation, escalation and support controls must be designed, tested and approved before public participation.
Careful handovers
Use a suitable public or common area where practical, protect precise locations and tell someone you trust about a handover.
My Jiran is an independent private concept by J Squared L.L.C-FZ. It is not a UAE government service and does not use a UAE PASS logo.

Is My Jiran live?
No. This is a concept preview. Public app access, beta registration and a waitlist are not open.
Can I register for the beta?
Not yet. This website does not collect beta registrations, create accounts or operate a waitlist.
Where is My Jiran intended to operate?
The planned service territory is the UAE. Availability would be staged community by community rather than opening everywhere at once.
What is planned for the first beta?
The first-beta candidate is limited to Furniture, Home Appliances and Free Sharing. Small-to-large goods describes the longer-term vision, not an open catalogue.
Will My Jiran handle payments or escrow?
No in-app payments or escrow are planned for the first beta. Commission, premium features and monetisation are not open and are not part of the first-beta candidate. Never enter card details through an unexpected link sent by a stranger or an alleged courier.
Is UAE PASS verification active?
No. A UAE PASS identity layer is planned subject to provider onboarding and approval. Identity would be the start of a trust stack, not a safety guarantee.
Can freelancers book spaces by the hour?
Not now. Hourly spaces for freelancers are a later gated layer. Right-to-list, permission, provider, operating, trust and payment controls must pass before any listing or booking could open.
